One of our favourite events of the past month was a 90th birthday celebration dinner where we produced a buffet feast of pork and apples using over 8kgs of fruit harvested directly from the host's garden. Even better, the host was able to press his own apple juice and we served it as a very refreshing welcome drink to accompany Chef Craig’s delicious menu.
