Creating a great first impression is vital for us. We want to make sure that everything about the table setting is perfect. Jo and Craig had added their own personal touches to their table design and had selected linens from us that complimented their decor. Our front of house staff carefully set all the tables ensuring the cutlery and glassware is sparkling.
Our food is prepared in our catering unit just outside Kelso and is transported in our vans to the venue. We then finish and assemble the elements. Justin is perfecting his Salmon Parfait presentation skills.
During the ceremony the bar staff prepare the reception drinks for the guests, the Event Coordinator keeps a close eye on the ceremony so they get the timing just right and the fizz is chilled and bubbly and delicious!
Canapés at the ready, Alan orchestrating the circulation of the canapés around the guests while the kitchen staff keep them loaded up. The honey glazed sausages with sesame seeds were a real hit.
The kitchen staff put the finishing touches to the salads that have been prepared at the catering unit. Our chef also carves up the hog roast that has been smelling delicious since 7am.
The salads are arranged at the buffet table, colourful and delicious. Our wait staff help to serve to make sure the hungry guests are fed in good time.
Jo and Craig had chosen sharing desserts to finish off their meal. They look tempting and are a riot of colour. They certainly get the guests talking as they stake their claim on the last chocolate brownie. The dessert trays are assembled and finished on site. A great way to have a little of what you fancy!
After the meal the staff clear the tables and prepare the bar ready for the celebrations to carry on into the night. We really loved catering for Jo and Craig's special day, we were especially impressed with the beautiful cheese wedding cake. It looked magnificent!
