Specialty Menus at The Orde Food Company

 

Inclusive menus are becoming increasingly popular, with more and more people seeking to provide high quality dining options for all of their guests. That’s why we’re always careful to ensure that we can accommodate for a range of dietary needs, working with our clients from start to finish to create a truly bespoke menu.

To us, accommodating for dietary requirements doesn’t just mean tagging on an extra option at the end of a menu. Rather, we see a specialty menu as an exciting opportunity to get creative with the food we produce.

For example, here’s a sample of one of our fully vegan menus:

 

Starter

 

Roasted butternut, chilli & coconut soup, toasted seeds, coriander

 

Aubergine & mint bruschetta, butterbean pesto, pomegranate seeds

 

Main

 

Gnocchi, roasted asparagus, spinach, sun blushed tomatoes, toasted walnuts 

 

Slow cooked & seared celeriac steak, wild mushrooms, green bean & hazelnut fricassee

 

Dessert

 

Chocolate and tofu mousse, honeycomb, flaked almonds, poached apricots 

 

Vanilla and oat milk panna cotta, poached rhubarb, rhubarb gel, sesame tuile

 

 

With unusual dishes such as slow cooked celeriac steak and creamy chocolate and tofu mousse, we love to be inventive with our ingredients and techniques. That way, we can ensure that everybody has a meal to remember.

And we don’t just stop at vegan menus – we’ve produced a range of bespoke menus including those which are flexitarian, vegetarian and gluten free. Even if it’s not for a dietary requirement, we can create specialty menus based on a particular cuisine, such as a taste of Scotland, or authentic Asian flavours. We know how important it is to get things just right for your event, and that’s why we’re so careful to make sure that you and your guests are fully accommodated for.
